Buying
Who can buy from Amino Guys?
Qualified researchers aged 21 or older. All products are for laboratory research use only, not for human or veterinary use.
How many vials are in a kit?
One kit contains ten vials of the same product and specification. Two kits means twenty vials. The labeled amount is the amount per vial.
Can I combine different products?
Yes. Each line keeps its own product, labeled amount and kit quantity. There is no separate bundle program.
How is the estimate calculated?
The minimum product subtotal is $175. Savings of 5% apply strictly above a $2,000 product subtotal. USA shipping is $20. Your cart shows the server-calculated estimate.
Orders and payment
How do I place an order?
Add kits to your cart, complete checkout and select Place order. We email payment instructions when you place your order. Received payment is verified before shipment.
Does adding to the cart reserve stock?
No. Adding a kit saves your selection on this device. Availability is confirmed when your order is reviewed.
When is an order paid?
When received funds have been independently verified. Sending payment instructions or reporting a payment does not confirm funds arrived.
Documentation and shipping
Where can I find a certificate?
The COA library and product pages link source certificates where they are available. Check the product, batch and specification on the document.
How is my order shipped?
Shipping is to United States addresses. A dropship order goes to the recipient you name. Order review, payment confirmation and fulfillment are separate recorded stages.
How do I track an order?
Sign in with the email you used for your order to see its status and tracking. Your account also includes orders carried over from the previous Amino Guys site. Order and tracking updates are emailed to you. If an older order is missing, contact the team with its original reference.
